You can create shiny hair in Procreate by adding the appearance of light to the hair. You can do this by using the Short Hair brush and creating short, lateral strokes on the curves of hair using a color that is a few shades lighter than the original hair.
Why can’t I import brushes to Procreate?
You may be trying to import a zip file which you cannot do in Procreate. You need to unzip the file before importing. You can do this by moving the file to a new location and selecting the “Uncompress” action.
